To request your Arizona criminal history record, you need to obtain a Record Reviewing Packet
The Central State Repository will audit the information you have indicated as inaccurate or incomplete and if a correction is necessary:
They will update it and notify the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to make sure state and federal records are synchronized.
The results of the audit will be mailed to you with an updated criminal record if applicable.
You should receive a response within 15 days of the mailed request.
